International Film Program
International Film Program is a two semester program. During two semesters you’ll study scriptwriting, directing, cinematography, film production, sound and editing through practical exercises as well as seminars and lecturers. The first semester is dedicated to the fundamentals of practical film making which prepares students for more in-depth studies during the second semester. The second semester offers students the opportunity to specialize in specific fields with the goal of every student developing their talent, realizing their visions, and laying the groundwork for a future in film. During the second semester, the students make exam films together.
Scriptwriting Program
Scriptwriting Program is an intensive one year program equips students with the skills and knowledge needed for successful scriptwriting across various formats. With a mixture of seminars, guest teachers working actively in the industry and workshops the students are prepared for a professional career as a scriptwriter.
Acting Program
The Acting Program is a one year long international program in English. During the program you will perform mainly in front of the camera together with students from all over the world. You will not only participate in short films but also learn how a film set works and how to prepare as an actor with classes in several acting techniques, vocal and physical acting, stage fighting and more. The program is focused on finding your way in to the film industry and you will work with casting agents as well as experienced actors and filmmakers. A showreel with 8-12 short films, CV and photos will be delivered to you at the end of the year to start your career in film.
Målgrupp
To apply and become admitted to any of our international programs, you need to have a highschool certificate/diploma, or such. If you don’t have this, depending on your other experiences, we can make an exception. Please write to us and let us know your situation. You need to speak, read and write English.
Kursintyg
A study certificate with a description of completed course elements is given to a student who has completed the education up to and including the last semester.
