Tillsammans med studentföreningen Hållbart Universitet arrangerar vi på Medborgarskolan denna kostnadsfria yoga. Yogan leds på engelska av engagerade studenter med god erfarenhet av yoga. Anmäl dig nu och få verktyg för att hantera vardagsstressen!
Are you feeling anxiety over work or your studies? Are you having difficulty clearing your head and releasing your anxiety?
Join our yoga leader, Natalia, on Mondays from 4:30 to 5:30 pm (16:30-17:30) for a deep relaxation of your mind and body by anchoring yourself in the present moment.
This practice can help us to let go of our scary anxious thoughts through acceptance and mindfulness. We will look at tools and techniques to practice at home whenever we feel overwhelmed including a meditation, a breathing exercise and asana practice.
This is a respectful and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to come as you are and take some time off for yourself.
- Free practice, but sign-up is required, sign-up opens two weeks before the session
- First come, first serve. Please arrive 5-10 min in advance to secure your spot
- Yoga mats are provided
- Open to everyone at any yoga level
- Bring comfortable and warm clothes & socks to make sure you feel nice and cozy
Hållbart Universitet (HU) is a non-profit organisation that is politically and religiously independent. HU are active in and around Lund University, with the purpose to strengthen and coordinate student engagement in environmental issues and sustainability.
